Updated, formatted Fresh Eyes for Mission Summit

PCAT Team members and Deans, I have attached an updated and formatted version of the Fresh Eyes for Mission Summit template, FYI. This is facilitated by NALC staff, but I would like you to be aware of this process to suggest to congregations in decline, in transition or stagnant. This updated version has a new introduction, added questions regarding faithfulness in financial stewardship and more specific process for rating in the mission assessment tool. Should congregations be interested, please have them contact me.
